Time Traveller presents the music of The Moody Blues in a dynamic original stage show that touches
on every era of the band’s history; from their first 1965 hit “Go Now” with singer Denny Lane,
through multitudes of hits with Justin Hayward and John Lodge at the vocal helm including those
from seminal albums “Days of Future Past” and “In Search of the Lost Chord”, 80’s albums such as
“Long Distance Voyager”, all the way up to the Moody’s final all-original studio effort “Strange Times” in 1999.
Time Traveller is based out of NE Ohio (Cleveland/Akron) and was formed in 2004. They’ve come to be well-known
in the tribute circuit, playing both regionally and across the country. From Rhode Island to Florida, and as far
west as Colorado, Time Traveller has become an anticipated act on many theater and civic concert venue stages.
The band also occasionally performs special event shows where they’re accompanied by various civic orchestras to recreate
some of the Moody’s famous symphonic concerts including “A Night At Red Rocks” and “Live at Royal Albert Hall”.
Jim joined Time Traveller in early October 2022, just weeks before the band’s approaching orchestral show at the
Robins Theatre in Jim’s hometown of Warren, OH (an exciting coincidence). Learning their entire song catalog on short notice
was a task in itself, but also having to prepare for the nuances and additional demands of playing on stage with
a 36-piece orchestra was exceptionally challenging (and in many ways an eventual trial by fire).
Coming to fruition on Saturday, November 26, 2022, the show was a great success and rated by some fans
(and band members) to be one of the best ever. Jim lit up the stage with his excellent guitar work and energetic persona,
and also stepped in to deliver the classic orchestra-accompanied oratory of the “Late Lament”, which is the poetry that is
heard at the end of “Nights in White Satin”. For Jim, it was a very exhilarating, satisfying, and memorable night.
He also performed with Time Traveller (sans orchestra) at the Music Box Supper Club in Cleveland in January 2023,
and looks forward to more great shows in the coming months.

"This is the ending/outro segment of "The Story in Your Eyes" and the one place in the
show where I get a free-form extended guitar solo. Lots of rippin' fun & flash, and a very
rewarding response from the audience. Thanks to Andy Hartman for capturing the moment
on cell phone and for providing the video. The original “vertically-oriented”
clip has been edited to fill more area in a standard horizontal screen space, but you'll
also notice the width changing in places for alternate viewpoints." - Jim
